SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items are currently only available to ship within the U.S. Please contact us at fontcroze@earthlink.net regarding international orders.

Orders are processed and shipped from New York, NY within 5 business days. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Arrival of shipment is approximately 2-4 days for domestic flat rate services. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.

New York customers: Please email fontcroze@earthlink.net to inquire about picking up rush-orders in person.
 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
 

STUDIO VISITS
